The story of Our Lady of Guadalupe comes alive in this beautifully illustrated graphic novel. Amidst the dangers of the Mexican revolution, a young boy named Jose is motivated by the story of St. Juan Diego and how the Indian convert assisted in carrying out the messages of Our Lady, leading to the conversion of millions.
Authentic Church teachings and today’s abortion issues are perfectly integrated in this pro-life book as it takes its reader through the timeless events of 1531.
Our Lady of Guadalupe: The graphic novel will surely help all young Catholics understand the importance of Marian devotion and the sacraments in one’s path to conversion and salvation.
In our present day, let us flee to Our Lady of Guadalupe and pray for her intercession to convert our culture of death into a culture of life.

My granddaughter and I read
My granddaughter and I read this book together. It was not just a basic book but something with substance. She is age 9. We took two days to read the whole story for her attention span. Enough to give her a flavor of the event and left a little out for when she is older and can comprehend more. Very well done.
