Douay-Rheims Holy Bible
I love this Bible. It is well-made and will last a long time. Unfortunately, the 23rd Psalm is completely missing! A 23rd Psalm is there, but it is not the 23rd Psalm; therefore, all Psalms that follow are misnumbered.

Greatest DRA Bible, quality-control issues
This is by far the greatest DRA Bible on the market. I have nothing but praise for the font, typeset, red-lettering for Our Lord's words, the encyclicals, St. Jerome's notes, and the list of Popes. This is a MUST HAVE Bible for anyone that wants a DRA. I am frustrated though with the quality of the Bible in some places, firstly, the lettering on the cover degrades really easily, secondly, the bookmarks came frayed, and there are some typos such as the title for some of the NT books. Really would like to see this Bible manufactured in the U.S. to insure better quality.

Gold paint coming off
We bought this Bible for our daughter for Christmas. She enjoys reading it, it’s a beautiful presentation of the Holy Bible. The embossing on the cover is beautiful. Sadly, the gold print on the cover is wearing off. The spine is also slightly off center.

Gold Foil Came Off Quickly
While I do like the large print of this particular bible, the gold leaf/foil on the cover and edge has completely come off. Additionally, there is a big ink blob on one page's text block. I hope future printings have better quality control.

Printing errors
Many of the numbers where there is supposed to be the next line continue in the same line. There is also sometimes text near Christ’s dialogue which has been printed in red but is not His spoken words. The cover and into/outro pages feel and look cheap and plasticky. I’d rather find a hardcover or natural leather. The gold leaf faded within a week. I do appreciate the footnotes throughout connecting scripture throughout the New and Old Testaments and the mini summaries at the beginnings of the chapters and books. It’s good for studying and comprehending the Bible as a whole.

Very very good.
The larger print, the soft cover and the size are all great. I am very glad I ordered this Bible.

Douay-Rheims large print Bible
Not as large of print as I was expecting, I still need to use a magnifying glass. But aside from that issue, I love the Bible. I have been wanting the Douay-Rheims version for years.

Large Print Douay-Rheims Bible
This is a welcome edition of the classic DRB. It is well made and looks good on the shelf. I always appreciated the old paperback version (which for years was the "only game in town"), but I wore out multiple copies. This one is not only more aesthetically pleasing, but built to last. I especially like finally having a "red letter" edition of my favorite version of the Holy Scriptures. Recommended. Now all we need is a GIANT Print Edition (hint, hint).
