Fr. John Laux's perennial text Catholic Apologetics presents readers with well-reasoned answers to classic objections against the Catholic faith. This text covers the "motives of credibility": how it is reasonable to believe in God, to believe in Jesus Christ, and to believe in the Catholic Church. Superficial objections to these three core beliefs are decisively and logically refuted in this well-written presentation on apologetics, a powerful tool to help souls hold fast with firm confidence to their Faith. Recommended for 10th grade students enrolled in TAN Academy's Pre-Conciliar Theology.

Superb - incredible book
Too bad these books are not still used in modern day Catholic schools. Very enlightening and straight to the point.

Concise and easy to read
Clear, concise explanation of the faith. Just the exact size to hand out extra copies. Thank you, Tan for making these Fr. Laux books available.

Very informative and kept my interest.
I was surprised to learn that St. Mark was not an apostle and never saw or heard Jesus Christ. I thought St. Luke was the only one of the four Gospel evangelists who was not an apostle but I learned he was a disciple of Paul and he also never met The Lord Jesus.
