Favorite Litanies
A wonderful addition to daily prayer. I say the litany of Resignation to the Will of God every morning to help me do His will in my daily life. There are many more litanies so one can find a prayer for their patron Saint as well as some to Jesus Christ and the Holy Family. This book is invaluable!

Great means for holiness
Litanies are highly efficacious means of prayer in that they incorporate elements of devotion, doctrinal teachings, penance, and supplication and praise. Some of them carry pontifical indulgences. I have come to treasure this book above most other prayer books. These litanies move the soul to grow in humility, faith, hope and charity: a great means for holiness. Would that everyone would pray them! You will be glad you purchase this book. Besides, it is beautifully made to last many years of devoted use.
