Devotion to the Sacred Heart
Because of what the MANUAL FOR CONQUERING DEADLY SIN says about the seven capital sins, I have decided to say this prayer every day: MAY JESUS CHRIST ENDOW THOSE WHO WANT TO LOVE HIM ARDENTLY WITH THE GRACE TO LIVE VIRTUOUSLY INSTEAD OF CHOOSING TO DO WHAT IS SINFUL.

I will need to update this when I have finished reading but so far based on preliminary examination of the book, it looks well structured and concise.
