Profound
This small book is amazing. Full of profound thoughts to meditate on. The benefits of stillness are immense. In my own life, I sit still each morning and night and calmly observe my thoughts and ask God to allow me to see myself. I encourage reading this book, as it speaks of many topics that are forefront in our world.
