I wish we switched sooner!
I adore having a modern, Catholic curricula that doesnt take an hour+ each day! I am loving the family-style, compact units so much as are my kids. The pictures are gorgeous, the information is concise but allows for rabbit trails if we decide we want them, and I dont have to support curricula that no longer focuses on everything but Catholicism. Its easy to add required reading, YouTube, experiments for any of my children but for my younger kids, they find a few facts each chapter to be interesting and it works beautifully regardless of age, ability, or skill level. I have one child that does all of the workbook pages and one thats content with a basic narration but regardless, we get to enjoy the One Room Schoolhouse method. We all enjoy the humor sprinkled throughout as well as the odd/interesting facts; those always grab my childrens attention. We break 1 chapter up into 2 days of reading and lessons, with workbook, are done in 15-20 minutes. Great job Tan! Im loving the Tan Academy choices so much! I wish I would have bought this a long time ago rather than fumbling through with another beautifulù curricula. Its great to support a 100% Catholic company knowing my money isnt going to be used in ways that runs contrary to our faith. Thank you!

Good! Could be improved.
Good for younger kiddos. Could be useful for older children also if there were some sort of assessments with the set.
