I have this book in paperback and it is one of the most beautiful and inspiring books I have ever read about the Blessed Virgin. This book reveals the depth of the Holy Trinity’s love for Mary before the beginning of time. It reveals her birth and childhood in preparation for becoming the Mother of Jesus, the profound love and respect Jesus
has for His Mother and her role in all of Salvation History! You can read, pray and meditate with this book - you will come to know Mary so intimately and that knowledge will lead you to a deeper knowledge and love for Jesus! Thank you Venerable Mary of Agreda for this “heavenly” book. I would love to own this hard bound set and I recommend its purchase if you can afford it!

Best four volumes I have ever read on the Immaculate Virgin Mary, Mother of God. Nothing satisfies after reading these magnificent books. Bought them years ago after reading the abridgement. Amazing how Christ was created in the womb and still more amazing how He instituted the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar. Blessed by many Popes.. Wonderful!

This non-scriptural set of excellent wisdom explains the Life of Holy Mary The Mother of God, from beginning to end. The author is Venerable Mary of Agreda. Christ was born in a cave in Bethlehem, and The Blessed Mother loved that cave so much that an angel was sent to Guard it from then to the end of time.
